  10. 1 tsp chat masala...

  12. 50 gm chopped parsley
  13. For Burrito bowl..
  14. 200 gm cooked basmati rice
  15. 150 gm boiled Rajma beans
  16. 100 gm spring onion long cut
  17. 100 gm capsicum and bell pepper (yellow and red bell paper)
  18. 100 gm carrot long cut as shown in the picture
  19. 100 gm tomato.. also long cut
  20. 100 gm boiled corn
  21. 100 gm Nachos. You can use ready made pack of it
  22. 200 gm hung curd
  23. to taste Salt
  24. 1 tsp black pepper
  25. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  26. For Salsa sauce..
  27. 4 chopped tomatoes,
  28. 3 medium size onion chopped
  29. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  30. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  31. 1 tsp Chilli flakes and Oragano
  32. 2 cheese cubes for Burrito
  33. as per taste Add salt in Rajma and corn while boil it

Steps to make to make Mexican Burrito bowl with Karari Roti

  1. For karari take maida,add salt and knead soft dough like paratha using water gradually.
  2. Give it rest for half an hour. Prepare masala for karari. Take all masala in a bowl and mix it well..
  3. To prepare karari we need iron kadai (shown in the picture). Put it upside down....Ulta on the flame. And heat it for 2 min Make sure its upper side do not touch the surface of gas stove.
  4. Now with the help of Roller and pin roll thin roti like rumali roti..Then put it on the heated kadai..
  5. With the help of cloth..roast it gently and carefully...then turn the side and do the same thing again..then took out gently from the flame and apply some butter on it...also sprinkle masala which we prepared and chopped parsley..Karari is ready

Let's prepare Burrito it's a one meal dish..for that first of all prepare salsa sauce....took some butter in a pan and add chopped onion..stir it till golden brown, add tomato in it..and some water..cook it for 5 minutes..then add red chilli sauce and salt..according to taste...you can also add 1 tbsp scehwan chutney. Then off the flame..Salsa is ready...
  7. For sour cream...take hung curd in a bowl..add salt,lemon juice and black pepper in it.Mix it well..sour cream is ready....
  8. Now prepare Veggies for Burrito. Take 1 tbsp butter in a pan..add spring onions and saute it for 1 min..don't make it golden brown for its crunchiness
  9. Add capsicum and bell peppers and then tomatoes..saute it for 1 min..then add salt to taste and stir it.also add carrots.and saute for 1 minute
  10. Then add boiled Rajma and corn into it. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce,chilli flakes and oragano each 1 tsp..so vegetables mixture is also ready.
  11. Let's assemble Burrito bowl Take a big glass bowl and make layer of rice in the bottom..then spread layer of veggies mixture on it.Then make layer of Salsa sauce.
  12. Again do the same producedure...make layer one by one then lastly make layer of hung curd..sprinkle grated cheese on it..
  13. Garnish it with Nachos..as shown in the picture..Healthy delicious Burrito bowl is ready to serve with Karari roti.
