  1. First we wash the rice soak for 15 minutes

  3. In a pressure cooker put ghee and heat it then add Hing, mustard seeds and jeera and green chilli,dry red chilli, methi dana fry for 1 minute. Then add curry leaves and haldi powder and red chilli powder and add rice fry for 2 minutes. Then add 3 cups water will come boil add curd and continuously whisk it they come boil then add salt and coriander leaves and close the pressure cooker and with 4 whistle come then you off the flame...
