- As required Homemade curd dip
- Slurry
- 2 tablespoon rice flour
- 1/4 cup water
Steps to make to make Healthy Vegan Burger
- Soak soya chunks in warm water for 15 minutes. Squeeze all the water out and chop them using a chopper or mixie jar.
Add green peas, smashed potatoes, and all the spices.
Make patty of the size of your buns by rolling them in to a ball first and then flatten them between your palms. - Make a slurry with rice flour and water.
Dip the pattty in the slurry and carefully coat it from all the sides.
Now coat the patty with breadcrumbs and shallow fry the pattty from both the sides till golden brown. - For the assembling,slice the buns into two pieces and roast the buns on hot pan for just few seconds.
Place it on a plate. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun.now place the patty, cheese slice and a dip or sauce of your choice. Place the top bun over and enjoy this healthy vegetables burger.
