- Heat ghee in Kadai. Here I took the aluminum pan which I previously set.

- Saute ginger, garlic, and green chili paste. Toss onion.


- Add carrot and capsicum. Toss it.


- Add fried potatoes and parboil green peas. Toss it.

- Add curd. Mix it. Add biryani masala and coriander powder.



- Add red chili powder and turmeric powder.


- Add cooked rice. Toss it with vegetables. Add fried onion.


- Add rice with saffron milk. Add coriander leaves and 1 spoon of ghee. Toss it.
