  2. 100 grams Lauki
  3. 3/4 leaves cabbage
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 4 Chillies
  6. Handful curry patta
  7. For tempering
  8. 3 tbsp oil
  9. 2 whole Red Chillies
  10. 1/2 tsp of Methi
  11. 1/2 tsp teaspoon of jeera
  12. 1/2 tsp Rai / mustard seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp of whole coriander
  14. Pinch Hing / asafoetida
  15. Handful Kadi Patta
  16. 4 Pods garlic
  17. 5-10 urad/ moong badi
  18. 1 tsp haldi
  19. 2 tbsp rice flour

Steps to make to make Kanji

  1. Cut Lauki into round shapes and make tomato half. Take one glass of water add Lauki, tomato, cabbage, green chillies, curry patta and half teaspoon of haldi. Cover dalit cook for 10 minutes
  2. Grind curd,rice flour and haldi.
  3. Once the vegetables are boiled put the gas of allow it to cool after that add curd. Don't add the grinded curd into hot sabji because it may get split
  4. Take oil in a kadai first add red chilli and Badi.
  5. Then gradually add remaining things
  6. Add this tempering into Kadi and boil for another 10 minutes.
