- As needed Spring onion for garnish
- For marination
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp red chillies
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp thick curd
- to taste Salt

- For the marination, take a bowl and mix chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd and salt to taste together. This marination step is very important and will give this chicken recipe real flavour. Longer you marinate better would taste. I would suggest marinating for overnight.
- Now take the marinated chicken out from the fridge and sprinkle corn and rice flour over it
- Shallow fry the marinated chicken... Now, take a deep-bottomed pan and heat oil in it over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, carefully put the marinated chicken pieces in the oil and shallow fry them till cooked or golden from both the sides.
