- 6 -Potatoes boied and smashed
- 2 -onion finely sliced
- 2 -green chilli finely chopped
- 1 -small piece of ginger grated
- 1-tbsp grated garlic
- as per taste Salt
- 1 -tbsp oil
- 1-tsp urad dal
- 1-tsp cumin
- 1-tsp mustard
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1-tsp turmeric powder
- 2-tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1-tbsp Malgapodi Chutney powder
- as per taste Tomato Chutney
Instructions to make to make Masala Dosa
- Grind suji in a mixer grinder mix suji,wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl. Heat oil and pour on flour and mix well.



- Add curd mix well and water and prepare Dosa batter.


- Add sugar, salt and asafoetida and mix well and keep aside for 10 mins. rest.


- Heat oil in a pan add 1-tbsp oil, udid dal,cumin,mustard when starts cracking add curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder saute it and add onion,garlic, ginger and green chilli cook for a while and add smashed potatoes and salt and coriander mix well masala is ready for Dosa.



- Add baking soda in a batter mix well. Heat nonstick Dosa tawa and spread batter sprinkle Malgapodi Chutney powder and on top spread masala pour ghee on outer side of Dosa and cook on medium flame till turns crispy.



- Fold roll the Dosa cut from the center and serve hot YUMMY Masala Dosa in a plate with tomato Chutney.
